I think you've confused April with August. They do both start with "A". 500-600% is the change from April 2017.
Something they didn't address in the article: did the Uber car determine there was nobody in the bike lane? My guess is that it had.
I ride in bike lanes often and most human drivers do not check for bikes in the bike lane: I have to believe self driving cars will be better at this.
But to those living and working inside Washington D.C., the CONSTITUTION is anything but a mere piece of paper, as for them, POWER IS EVERYTHING.
The people you're referring to rarely live in DC. They mostly reside outside of the city.
