Poll - What is the communities definition of EL (Score 1)

We need a poll for the communities definition of Enterprise Linux (assuming it requires publicly available source code).

1. 1. 1:1 Binary compatibility
2. 2. Close enough is good enough

My current understanding is enterprise Linux will be what people are willing to go out and buy and use in a place of business with service-level agreements. I believe CIQ, Oracle, and SUSE offer these levels of support, so they clearly have a vested interest.
