I'd imagine this doesn't apply to most of Meta's white collar knowledge workers. Most are likely salary. You're getting paid to get a job done, not for the hours worked. If it takes you 80hrs a week to get a job done then you need to talk to your manager about your job load / scope, or renegotiate your pay if you don't care about spending every waking moment of your life working.

I would assume this would have been found long ago if it was a wide spread issue. I have to assume there's plenty of orgs out there with security configurations strict enough that they would totally block unsecured port 110 at the server. Thus admins would have found client failing to be able to connect and drilled further into the issue. This has to be some config issue with particular clients.

If not ban it. At least put a setting in search filters and your recommended videos to exclude the slop. Highly unlikely they will though, same as they won't stop shoving vertical "shorts" in your recommended feed or give you the option to PERMANENTLY never show them again. You can usually pickup on these AI slop videos pretty quick, they follow similar patterns, have similar graphics throughout, have weirdly paced AI voice. Then you can go look at the channel to confirm. If they're cranking out 5 videos a day its almost certainly an AI slop channel.

SpaceX should have never gone public. They aren't going to be able to innovate the way they have been having to answer to shareholders. My guess is Starship will be the last rocket we see come out of SpaceX. Shareholders aren't going to allow the cash burn that SpaceX did developing the Falcon and Starship rockets.
