1) Use NTVDM or 16-bit Windows binaries on 32-bit Windows
2) Use dosemu on 32-bit Linux
3) Use 16-bit Windows binaries on Linux with WINE (it actually works on 64-bit Linux, contrary to Windows which relies on NTVDM for this use case).
