Yup, thats right.
The issue was actually a culmination of several things, mostly, an overworked database server. We dont have a full resolution yet, but we are working on it. Things should be speedy over the weekend, the test will be how it handles Monday.
The childs play domain is actually just a frame that points to http://www.penny-arcade.com/childsplaycharity/. Our saving grace is that the Child's Play site is just static HTML, the rest of the site is powered with PHP.
