2003 will come with command line .NET C# and VB.NET compilers.
It comes with IIS which can do everything Apache and Tomcat can do.. FTP service not a prob in Windows Server....
Even better is the Resource Kit for Windows .. so many command line tools with excellent doco to control ANYTHING in Win2k / 2003 Server!
