The missing vowels between consonants are normally only 'A' or 'E'.
The letter Vav in Hebrew can produce an 'O' or a 'Vee' / 'W' sound depending on punctuation.
So without any punctuation this could possibly be pronounced as something like 'Yahooa' (but not 'Yahoo Wahoo')

Used gear isn't for everybody, obviously. The story points out that while many of these used IT dealers offer configuration services, they don't do installs, and most are not authorized resellers. They do, however, offer decent warranties, so if you can do some of the work yourself, you'll probably be OK."

Amen - Bank station is a joke.
However the workers putting up the building opposite you are a) above ground, which presumably makes things a little easier, and b) don't have to avoid disrupting thousands of commuters during construction.
Also, they might be reinforcing or widening the existing tunnel.
The worst thing about London transport is the heat though. It is unbearably hot when it's busy, and it's often crowded enough that there isn't room to remove your coat by the time you realise. Travelling in winter sucks here
