"The wording does not support identification of a specific subset of the source code (ie the portion which is unmodified) for the license to apply to." (4.2) (From Here) which leads to the implication that the requirement applies to all the code, new and old. So other then just wishing it was so, I wonder if in th e long history of BSDL if there has ever been a discussion or even precedence on this?
