Sure. There are lot of beta male assholes on /. now. It is not like the good old days when the site stuck to technical matters. So no surprise here. Little wankers trying to act like goodie two shoes. What horse shit the claim that it was an insurrection. No more an insurrection that Antifa destroying Portland is an insurrection. They can't tell the difference between a protest and an insurrection, but modern education being what it is the fuckwits know no better.

It also outs him as fucking incompetent.

He hired these people.

They weren't Obama loyalists, they were his appointees. That's how the government works. Civil servants who work their way up and aren't appointed are hard to fire. The people you personally put in (or allow to stay from the last administration) are the ones you can hire and fire at will.

The fact that Trump is booting piles of people he personally chose for positions makes him look ridiculously incompetent. Either he doesn't know how to hire, or he doesn't know how to do a job evaluation. Or he's a fucking child who throws tantrums all the time.

He can't realistically say, "I hired dozens of people but they turned out to be terrible and none of that was my fault." His entire fucking brand is being a savvy business man. Not being able to hire competent people undermines that completely.

But on the plus side, he does have a lot of practice saying, "You're fired!"

See here's the thing. I am not American (thank God), but I logged on to the Michigan voters database and and was able to look at the those who registered to vote. I didn't even have to use a VPN. With minimal effort I found four people born in the early 1900s who'd died in the 1980s that were registered to vote. Did they vote? I cannot say, but it is highly likely given the astonishing lax voter control you fucks seem to have in your disorganized rapidly degrading country. So this fellow claiming there was no fraud is absurd as Trump claiming there was fraud. Rational people wait for evidence except in the land of the screwball that post stupid opinions even on a techie site. Truth is no one gives a toss whether you are keen on Trump or hate him. /. used to be good now it abounds with American assholes spouting idiotic facts against (mostly) and for Trump. No wonder the Chinese are going to eat your lunch. Best if you idiots learn Mandarin. Mind you, given your educational system that's probably beyond you. Shit it is going to be fun watching you all thrash around as the place melts down while lying Big Tech tells you everything is fine. And you little wankers living through your phones are confused that what the phone says does not comport with reality. Fortunately schadenfreude is not illegal.

I'm not American, but was able to log into the Michigan voter roll database and there I found several dead people who were registered to vote. I didn't use a VPN. Most of the dead people had died in the 1980s. Now of course I'd hate to question US officials and the wanker (that's a British term) who posted 'nihilst Trump flakes' whatever that means. Who are we mere mortal non-Americans to question US election integrity, and besides, perhaps it is a quaint American tradition to allow dead people to vote. On the other hand perhaps the US is basically a third world fuck up with views orchestrated by Big Tech, the media and interest groups with old 'nihilist' being a classic example mindlessly parroting what he read on Twitter a few minutes before. . Even once great, but now horseshit sites like /. are in on the act. All aided and abetted by the uselessness of the American educational system that increasingly seems to teach 'guilt' education rather than hard thinking. My advice: best if you guys put some effort into learning Mandarin. Against the smart well educated ruthless Chinese you guys don't have a chance. But then I suppose old 'nihilst' never had a chance anyway.

He's a radioactive boulder thumbing down a mountain. What makes you think he will stop once elections end? And even when he's out and the White House is swept for bugs (electronic and otherwise) and fumigated - the issues he created will continue to linger for GENERATIONS to come. Expect several more Timmy McVeighs and stay away from federal buildings in years to come.

Also, expect more rights given to corporations a la Citizens United, with more rights to be taken away from minorities. Maybe incorporate yourself and your family? Add that Inc. to your name. To even the odds.

It used to be that /. was a site that was about things tech. No longer. Now it is non-stop SJW BS all suffering with TDS on steroids. Little wankers desperate to 'prove' their Trump hatred. A little thought, I know that is asking a lot from most current /. commenters and if one looked at per capita and test rates and accurate reported data and you'd see the US is doing OK. No great, but a lot better than a lot of countries. And then there is the shaky data situation to. For example South Africa a country I know about is doing well on paper, but that's because the data kept on COVID infections and deaths is very very inaccurate. What the hell is wrong with you yanks. It is as if common sense and flown out of your heads and been replaced by a bunch of tweets from the man who looks like a suckly Neanderthal (with all due respect to them). Have you guys no shame.

That might be the best qualification you could ever hope for.

And a VP who looked more like she wanted the job. In her long march to VP nominee she was (and still is) prepared to fuck anybody to get the job. And given that poor Biden will be put out to pasture 'real soon now' voting for Biden, is implicitly, voting for someone desperate for the job. She positively throbs with desire for the job.
