after5's Journal: It's the Leaning Tower of Cheesa!

Yes, I fulfilled a dream and went to see the leaning tower. I knew that I'd regret being in Firenza, less than an hour away from the glorious tower and not see it. Well yesterday afternoon my group just randomly said "let's go to pisa!"

So we hopped a train, and less than 90 minutes later I was standing in front of it. Of course I got a great picture of me "leaning" against it. I'm sending that one to Heidi. Hopefully she will be able to get it. She also has other pictures, so if you'd like copies, email [e-mail] for them. There should be pictures of my travels in each of the cities I have been to, and yes, I am in most of them. Except for Mockba.

Italy is nice, but FRICKIN EXPENSIVE! Oh well, i'm only going to be here once or twice in my life. Might as well enjoy it.
