Yeah, there's a lot of these games still coming out. The Dark Fall series, Lost Crown, Barrow Hill, Darkness Within, Rhiannon... all these have come out in the past few years and were thoroughly enjoyed by me.

Post on Slashdot implying that MUDs were not socially or culturally relevant enough [on an article that explains why they're so relevant, at that] gets +5 insightful. Seriously?

I stabbed a man last night. He was really angry about it at first, so I took a few minutes to talk to him. I explained that I just couldn't imagine why he was worked up over this. After all, there are people out there -killing- people! I'd just knifed him up a bit; he'd live. Hearing this, he came to agree with me that a simple flesh wound wasn't anything to get worked up over, and we went our separate ways.

Why would the RIAA say "We've made no such request for this information." when they could have said "We've made no such request for this information, and neither has the Unified Reptoid Conspiracy which controls us." As it stands now, they've pretty clearly used their carefully crafted lawyer speak to completely leave out any mention of the vast network of cold-blooded alien masters lurking in the shadows. Frankly, that makes me a little suspicious.
