Actually, there's a "hacking" game called Uplink based deliberately on the MovieOS concept. Perhaps surprisingly, it doesn't even suck as far as gameplay goes. The IPs used in the game are bit whacked, the sound effects are corny and you do indeed get to buy a tool called a "password breaker." But quite suspenseful, all the same, and the concepts are cool.
