They mentioned that they're green because the don't use freon. Great. Most compressor based heat pumps have used something greener than freon for years.
AFIAK, compressor based heat pumps are still WAY more efficient than a peltier. So if you replace a cooling gas with a 400% increase in power usage... You lose?
