Assuming the match is "fair", meaning Kramnik is allowed to analyze the playing styles of the machine, as he would be allowed to analyze the playing style of another human competitor, etc, the results should be interesting either way.
If the human wins, it will illustrate the "unfairness"(1) of Kasparov vs Deep Blue.
Otherwise, it will support the notion that the machines have gotten better, but that notion is already intuitively obvious.
