So is there a way I can see all (Black) submissions? I tried changing and saving the Settings in my account Options but it fails to save settings. Shows old settings every time I open.

the real question is, are there 3rd party mega clients that are not javascript or subject to changing without notice..

Not if you disable auto-updates from Mega.
