Comment Re: I can't see insurance companies (Score 1) 70

Meh. Dumb humans arenâ(TM)t going to get dumber (I hope). Risk for a human driver among smarter AI drivers should be lower than the current model which is all average monkey brain drivers. If insurance is based on real risk, then humans should get a slight discount as AI drivers increase, whereas AI drivers will get a steep decrease. The main change will likely be that insurance for AI drivers might prevent you from taking manual control. This is all only if it ever gets good enough though.

Youâ(TM)ve got it all right, but hereâ(TM)s how it worked not too long ago: Discover had the best benefits for poor college students getting their first card, and AmEx had the best benefits for top 5% Americans who did more spending than saving. Visa and MC floundered in the high end and low end markets, while maintaining overall dominance.

Thereâ(TM)s north of 60 processors in the US. Iâ(TM)m out of the industry so I canâ(TM)t attest where it is now specifically but the Nilson report would be a good place to start. However: thereâ(TM)s basically 4 companies providing âoerailsâ (decoding jargonâ¦) payment networks. These four companies control 99% . Visa controls over 50%. Visa is not bowing to any processor. So either processors on one side are kneeling to the other, or Visa felt like this was a good excuse to do something they already wanted to do. Feel free to hit me up with questions btw. Iâ(TM)m not thatâ(TM)s smart but Iâ(TM)m happy to try and explain things.

Yes both are very shitty but if I was keeping score apple would be around 10, whereas MS and Google would be closer to 100. Fuck apple every time they do something like this. But theyâ(TM)re still my best option at the moment. (No i will not root an android phone and fiddle with that nonsense)
