You must not forget all the money the BBC makes on flogging DVD boxsets off all it shows. When is the last did you watched a decent BBC show that didn't try and flog an accopaning book, t-shirt, DVD Boxset, and Coffee Mug?

Eviliza writes: "The US Human Rights organization The World Organization for Human Rights has filed suit against Yahoo! on behalf of two Chinese writers who were jailed and possible abused after Yahoo! turned over their personal user information to the Chinese Government. Shi Tao was arrested in 2005 for "divulging state secrets" and Wang Xiaoning was arrested in 2002 for posting pro-democracy material online. Both were sentenced to ten years in prison. Yahoo! has admitted turning over information to the Chinese government, but claims a weak connection between divulging user information to the Chinese government and the imprisonment of their users. Furthermore, they say that they are obligated to follow Chinese law while operating in China. Yahoo! has asked that the suit be dismissed."

FTA: The investigation follows a report by a German TV news programme which uncovered the trading group and members who pay for sex with virtual children. The police are now trying to identify the Second Life members involved.
