Lets Sue Jack (Score 1)

Just wondering if there's any legal foot to stand on if gamers wanted to sue Jack. It would be great! A class action suit for defamation of character since Jack likes portray gamers as brainless, aimless, idiots easily manipulated to violence by some poorly rendered pixels.
