Zaranne's Journal: Depression in all it's glory...

Just when I think I've got it together, I fall on my face again. Fortunately, for anyone out there that knows me (two by my last count), no broken arms. I just need to get it together...try to stay sane and sober. Which sucks, but it's better than jail, getting fired, or just going nuts, I guess.

So, it's off to AA meetings I guess. Hey, at least the coffee's good...

Yup, so we get off alcohol, and trade it in for caffeine. Or sex...

Caffeine and Nicotine are my drugs of choice. I drink from time to time, but I'm not really an alcoholic, just raised by them. ;) I have some of the behavioral characteristics of an alcoholic, but I prefer being able to think straight...

I couldn't even think straight if I tried, alcohol or no alcohol. But I gave up the nicotine the last time I did the whole AA trip. So since I don't smoke anymore, I guess I need to find another vice to give up after I get sober. And it sure as hell won't be sex...
