Two doctrinal issues I see in your definition of "hate speech" as something that creates bias against your protected categories is that 1) the specific choice of categories seems tribally motivated and 2) it seems contradictory to defend ethnic identity (e.g. Islam) while attacking traditionalism (e.g. Christianity). These two points are related, because it seems as though there is a double standard.

There is a saying about the Ancient Romans, that they created a wasteland and called it peace. But you could say something similar about the cultural impact of Genghis Khan. All of human history has been groups of humans conquering each other for land and resources with pockets of peace created by imperialism. The people you might think of as more natural were no less war-like than our ancestors were. Native American societies were filled with _warriors_ and our ancestors would have had a much harder time conquering them if it were not for bacteria from livestock. Also, Africa was filled with WARRIORS and white slavers bought their slaves from AFRICANS. Everyone conquered everyone and everyone owned slaves, that's history. Our ancestors weren't worse than the rest of humanity and modern day America certainly isn't worse than China.

I disagree with you on the following points: 1) Many politicians actively try to undermine parts of the constitution with the biggest example being the 2nd amendment and the right to bear arms. You probably wouldn't say that we ought to remove "gun control" politicians from office and label them as treasonous enemies of the people. 2) Laws do not apply retroactively in the United States. So this executive order will not retroactively strip citizenship all the way back to the Mayflower of anyone. Future prospective immigrants will have to adjust their behavior in accordance with our laws. Children of immigrants would probably be eligible to become citizens when their parents become citizens (as when families immigrate legally). 3) Other countries do not have a loophole whereby citizenship can be gained automatically and freely if someone is born within the United States. This law sounds like it was intended to combat slavery, not allow illegal immigrants to legally shoehorn their way into citizenship.
