No Tesla makes zero batteries. Panasonic makes them. Their Buffalo is not Rochester. But it’s a moot point since that factory doesn’t manufacture anything. They buy Chinese made solar panels.

Maybe Musk could try to find some company that makes solar panels and batteries and get them to send some stuff, too.
