I've been unemployed for over three years and by now I am worried that my IT career is over. I have extensive Unix and TCP networking experience, telecommunications development experience, and PC hardware experience. Somehow I've been unable to decribe my abilities in an attractive package for hiring managers in the IT field. At this point, my absence from the IT field can hardly be spun to my advantage. How can I overcome the Unemployment barrier? I'm certainly prepared to take a substa
