First, didn't Biden order TikTok off all government devices?

Second, didn't Biden say he would sign the legislation?

Third, Facebook is NOT "right leaning", just put the crack pipe down... just... STOP. You're embarrasing yourself.

Fourth, the left considers anything not their viewpoint or anyone who disagrees with them as "bigots", "haters" and "far right", which makes the terms meaningless.

Fifth, young people, being stupid, always lean left to begin with until they realize what left-leaning policies DO to societies, usually not until they actually get out of mommy and daddy's basement and finally understand what it takes to survive in the REAL world. Then they start to gradually embrace right-leaning viewpoints after being taken advantage of and stolen from by Marxist/communist lefties and realize that they were taken for a ride. (The young have a heart, older have a brain saying comes to mind)

Socialism is the government ownership of and control of resources of an economy of a nation. There IS no concept of private ownership in a real socialist society. The people do NOT have the power, the Socialist Oligarchy that determines the fate of the nation does.

They are inherently opposed to begin with. Most people who throw "socialism" around doesn't truly understand those concepts, nor the devastation that it brings. If you truly want to look at a real socialist paradise, look no further than DPRK, aka "North Korea".

I like the far left = authoritarian, and far right = anarchy/no government model better. Then you just lump all of the collectivists (socialists and communists) and fascists together on the far left where they already are, and the crazies yelling "no more government" on the far right. While sane people can live in the middle.

Ah yes, the debunked "southern strategy" argument. The parties never switched. Quit lying. Pick up a history book. Learn to debate. You are ascribing something I was not saying in the slightest. I was historically correct, The established facts are that the Dems historically have been more racist and have stood against civil rights more than any other party, a civil war, their voting and legislative records prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt.

"It's been legal for this long, so it's Constitutional" isn't a good argument. That's the same argument used by the Democrats to allow slavery, Jim Crow, and plenty of other nasty policies against people of color in the past.

What's to say that they weren't Constitutional but upon re-evaluation of the situation and their existence, that people realize "Oh, yeah... No, that's not right, let's fix that"?

Sorry, but "We've done it like this forever now, why change it" is not a defense of un-Constitutional actions by the government.

What's being described is called the "State Actor Doctrine"... If the government can't spy on your private possessions to gather evidence without a warrant, than companies that they work with cannot either. Basically covers all other aspects of civil liberties/rights as well: If the government can't do it by law, then their agents in the private sector who are working on their behalf, or, "State Actors", cannot either.
