It's actually fascinating how you can hear about a specific type of scam and think of the people falling for it as being foolish and then you fall for the exact same thing. It happened to me in one way or another when I opened my online shop. I've always heard about chargebacks and scammers taking advantage of poor company preparation on the matter. Of course, we fell into the trap ourselves, there's no doubt all companies do in the beginning. We now have chargeback prevention services implemented and after all the research I've done on the topic I'm pretty sure it's some of the best software on the market.
