mlimber writes "Do you ever find yourself in a traffic jam, thinking, 'Man, there must be a bad accident up ahead,' but as you plod along you see no evidence of any crash? Some mathematicians have solved the mystery by developing a mathematical model that shows how one driver hitting the brakes a little too hard can cascade into a backup miles behind. The mathematicians' future research will investigate how automatic braking systems may alleviate the problem."

The amount they awarded is significantly less than Antigua asked for, but still, since they awarded anything all, one wonders how this is going to work. If you download a copyrighted song from a server in Antigua, will that be an ironclad defense that will make you invulnerable to future attacks from the RIAA?"

So this is how the United States won its freedom? The Red Coat's always lose. Well at least on this map they did. Red Coat is a term used to refer to a soldier of the historical British Army. Wardad.
