AGAIN!!! lol Wolf and I have very different views on this subject and I don't ususally write in his journal (the whole "space" thing), but since he brought me up I decided to throw my opinion in the mix.

I see a moral decline in this country and it bothers me. Gay marriage is just another step...Do I care what people do in their own homes? NO. Do I care if my daughter sees two men or two women kissing in public? YES. Sorry, call me fanatical, call me old fashioned, you can even call me a narrow-minded idiot.It won't hurt my feelings...not even a little bit. On the narrow minded subject though, even Wolf has to admit that I'm A LOT more open minded than when we met......being married to him will do that to ya! lol

My views on gay marriage aside. I do not necessarily think that it is the government's place to outlaw it. Wolf made a very interesting point about the contradiction of stripping this countries schools of ANYTHING moral and then basing their decision on gay marriage on the same morals that they stopped teaching or displaying. It seems like our government can't make up its mind. They need to take one position or the other. They need to either govern this country with values and morals or not.

So that's my 2 cents worth. This is a discussion that Wolf and I have had many times....and I still haven't made up my mind completely
