When I was an undergrad at VT we built a supercomputing cluster called SystemX. It consisted of 1,100 Apple 1RU servers. It was #3 on the supercomputer list in 2003 with a normal performance of 12.25 teraflops. Now you can get that in your living room under your TV. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...
