I've also learned that stuff... and I agree with them... too many tax periods and forms... >100 payments per year. Ukrainian Tax Laws changed since 1997 over 100-200 times (very long list)! Tax accounting IS TOTALLY INCOMPATIBLE with IFRS. Tax administrator is pressing enterprises everyday to hide their losses in declarations and pay the money /It's real Mafia/
