I once tried to see if I could get the "support guy" annoyed to the point of him having a stroke. I failed as he only got slightly confused. I have not got any such calls after that, perhaps the blacklisted me. And no, him being poor does not give him right to scam others.

Intelligent life would require a better brain than ours, most likely some areas bigger than ours. That would require bigger bodies and higher energy consumption. This would be a disadvantage for survival if food supply at any time were diminished. My guess is no intelligent life exists anywhere. Definitely not on this planet.
