OK I'll bite.
1) not democratic - don't even have to argue this one, everyone in the world (except for you yanks) knows you had a coup led by dubya and co. overturning a democratic election result - just because you got the judges to agree with you doesn't change the fact that whatever it was, your last election WASN'T democratic.
2) Capitalist - well my friend Adam Smith would have pointed out that the oligopolistic, hyper-differentiated market you call 'free' is about as far from capitalism as he posited it as your last election was from democracy.
Meanwhile let's correct your english usage - you used 'IE' when you meant e.g. as in 'for example' and you didn't even get that right as it's i.e. not IE (which I read as Intershat Expunger).
Please, feel free to flame me for pointing out your illiteracy and misconceptions.
