Well, bad or not bad it seems obvious that the same will come to most of the European states sooner or later. Data Retention has been allowed by the EU Parliaments and affects both people from the EU states communicating with someone and anyone communicating with someone in a member state. Well, you probably just write to the European Parliament or one of the European parliaments and they will add it with pleasure.
