That's Gilneas behind the Greymane Wall. The storyline for that place would make a nice instance or even better, another rep-based faction.
Blizzard have probably thought of this though and as a brand new storyline would need to be invented to open it up (giving a reason for the King to open the gates) they're probably saving this for when they really run out of ideas. My guess is we'll see the other side of those gates in the same expansion that we see the bubble removed from Dalaran (not far to the East of the wall, between Silverpine and Alterac).
