What about ostriches, emus and penguins... (slurp..penguins)? These feathery friends don't fly, yet they are a tasty treat.

Also, I recently visited Kenya and happened upon a tourist restaurant there called "Carnivore". They serve many meats that aren't listed: zebra, giraffe, crocodile, wildebeast, hartebeast, and several others that I don't recall.
