Anyone who says that the DST issue is "not a problem" clearly is not a Sys/Network Admin in a large MS based environment. Being one in a large law firm were "time IS money" has made this a very large problem. The parent was dead-on how MS waiting until the 11th hour to release patches (and continue to rehash them) did not help the situation at all. We finally completed our DST rollout. For anyone who works in a large MS based corporate environment and you haven't started this yet, GOOD LUCK.
