You read the first two options of this poll, and you're excited: "Wow, there ARE normal nerds on Slashdot."
Then you read the third option of the poll, and you realize that you're back in the bullshit world of Slashdot cynicism. If "insurgents" is valid, where's the "democracy" option?
Yeah, yeah..."don't bitch about the lack of options." I know, I'm not. I'm bitching about our collective inability to stop being such blasted loser-geeks for a few minutes. In truth, I don't what the poll's results indicate more: that the majority of Slashdotters don't know who the hell the Patriots/Eagles are (translated: "fucking hermits"), or that they're so pessimistically left-wing that an honest Superbowl prediction takes a far back seat to an opportunity to publicly doubt the Iraqi effort.
