Bill is a Mechanical Engineer, yet he seems to think he knows everything. So Bill thinks that humans can only cause climate change on Earth not not on Mars. What a hypocrite! He's has his political agenda -- he's not a scientist -- he's an ideologue. The bow tie doesn't make him smart.

As the pacific garbage patch is supposedly microscopic particles that can't be seen by the human eye. The garbage patch has yet to be shown that it even exists.

If said entity is consuming most of the bandwidth they really should share the costs.

Exactly, a friend of mine worked for a local ISP and they had Netflix CDN boxes in their datacenter.

Are they paying the ISPs for their customers to access their services? If you are a cable company and you are losing TV subscriptions to Netflix and Youtube through connections you built? Did Youtube and Netflix run wires to the customers homes? Internet, Phone and TV as a package offset the actual costs of operating all the equipment and employing the people necessary for this business, meanwhile Netflix and Google are siphoning customers off all they have to pay for is their connection to the internet. Nothing to the ISPs who's networks are getting saturated.

If you don't like to the service don't buy it. Net Neutrality is a scheme for Google and Netflix to get "free" internet to consumers. They use more than 90% of the internet's bandwidth, if the consumer can get cheaper internet by being capped to 480p that's good for the consumer. More choices.

I have tried several times to figure out how to use the snapchat app, and this was before the change that people are upset about. I never did figure out how to use it and what it's used for.

I'm not debating the properties of CO2, I'm talking about the inability to validate the claims that there is all this CO2/Methane/Heavy Metals etc frozen in the Arctic.

The church of climate change, I don't believe. Might as well be magic, siting things that the average person cannot validate, deep sea temperatures, things in the arctic and Antarctic, the great pacific garbage patch (this turned out to be completely fake).

"Smart people" are some of the worst people and done some of the most inhumane things. Last thing we need is another Technocracy.

Consume almost all the internet traffic, they really should be throttled to have better QOS for customers. It's all junk on there anyway.
