Nah, it's also the young people trying to build a career. It's a lot harder to mentor/get mentored when you don't actually know anyone in your office. I'm under 40 and working on group projects is awful when you're fully remote. Stand-ups, scoping, and resolving terrible git conflicts are a lot more productive in person.
