I knew you'd say that.... I assumed you were American, they usually react that way. Surprised though that you like Camembert, which also has a mold. So, do you eat the mold or not? (Yes, I do eat the mold.) And more importantly: do you eat your Camembert young or old? Old is obviously better, when the texture is about liquid.
