With a RTS its not all about graphics, there are usually lot of issue such as what would you prefer more units or better looking units? and this is a game that wants to appeal to fans of the TV show who may not have high-powered GFX cards.
War of The Ring was a solid RTS game based on a movie and Game of Thrones is a book and a TV show.
