Not until cars drive themselves. You didn't get the point: the problem of these robots is that they are fully autonomous, there is no human to pull the trigger.
After all, it is the DMZ, not downtown Miami.
Ok, that's all fine and good as long as it stays in the DMZ. What if, due to some glitch, it wanders off to downtown Pyongyang?
