Children will be Remediated? (Score 1)

Yeah, this quote didn't worry me AT ALL: "Safety will improve. Troublemakers will be identified early, as data-mining software flags behavior in children that leads to crime, sparking remedial programs." So do the remedial programs involve subliminal programming or hyper drugs of the future? Hmmm?
