Your argument does not make sense. You can pay $50 to remove the data cap on Comcast (per month) so people abusing or otherwise using a lot of bandwdth fork up the cash because Comcast gouges its customers that are stuck with no good alternative. The bandwidth is getting used regardless of cap or no cap, they are just finding creative ways to raise their profit margin. Its deceptive and marketing practice by them to make it seem like the product is really better than it is. My wife and I work from home and hot our cap every month just about, she is a librarian and I do IT. We stream a normal amount of movies and tv and I have even changed my settings to use lower bandwidth/quality levels. They are greedy criminals. Plain and simple.
