There is no way even 1 PS2 would find its way too Irak because of the trade barrier. Hell, the poor people there can't even get medicine...
_No_ way they would get their hands on "hi-tech" equipment like the PS2 :)
Btw. do they even use NTSC? I am pretty sure that I read somewhere that the middle east uses the PAL tv-system. I know what NTSC equipment looks like on PAL tv. Not the stuff you wanna create nukes with.
