Star Wars to air as animated sitcom

The Bastard writes: As if the "Star Wars Holiday Special" and Jar-Jar weren't insulting enough to fans, George Lucas has decided to turn the franchise into an animated sitcom according to several sources. I have a bad feeling about this.
