Isn't death what a missile is supposed to cause? (Score 1)

I'm sorry, I'm laughing hysterically at the phrase "...a US Patriot missile that caused 28 deaths because of accumulated floating point error". Sounds to me like the missile did exactly what it's designed to do - kill. The missile has no knowledge of who's side it's on, it just kills, maims, and destroys without conscience.
