The problem is that the last (2nd generation) reactor built successfully was started in 2002. Built from 1991 to 1999. Flamanville EPR is a 3rd generation reactor built by a new generation of people. That's the reason why so many problems happened during this huge project. It was meant to be the prototype for this generation but was slowed down by many technical and organisational problems... and maybe an excessively precautionary approach to not upset the population... France sold 2 EPR to China and they are already in production at Taïshan (started in 2018 and 2019). What precautionary principle ? :-D 1 EPR sold to Finland (Olikuto) should start next year.

YaST Control Center for Open Suse is another set of good graphical admin tools. And I mean "real" admin tools. Not a dialog box to change the color of the fonts !

Mageia (Mandriva, Mandrake...) have the best and most complete graphical admin tools of all the Linux distros. By far ! It's probably the most user friendly Linux distro out there.
