We basically operate the same. So, duh.

HOWEVER, there has been previous studies that simple algorithms have been able to tell a male and female brain apart with 90+% accuracy. So, while there is significant overlap, there are distinctive differences as well. This is reflected in the big five personality traits. Me thinks those studies may have been... overlooked here.

Remember, the brain is basically a complex non-linear system. Small differences /can/ equate to significantly different outcomes (real world data can be a bitch).

I get what you getting at. But, what a proper meta study does is summarize findings (i.e. people don't have the time to read/find /every/ paper in a field) or combine statistically insignificant studies (e.g. case studies) into something statistically significant (i.e. useful).

Given the amount of financial data (or immediate access to it) that is on phones/laptops/etc these days, I would say that copying the data certain does involve "an intrusive search of a person". One could say the same thing regarding nudes (phone/etc owner or not). etc, etc, etc.

Perhaps people making these rulings shouldn't be 74. Maybe, just maybe, they should be technically competent.

Also, gonna point out that retirement funds rely partially on hedge funds. So, congrats on screwing over, the elderly and, very likely, your (future) selves.

If you want meaningful change, petition the SEC and/or your representative. But, that'd be actual work. And take time. Much better to make a statistically insignificant mark on wallstreet right now.
