When will we see one of these where we get actual numbers? I can see how Engineers think that they are less productive at home. Since they can watch TV or do chores while their project compiles etc. That gives a feeling of not working hard. It's also BS, because I think if they were polled on what hours they worked during the day. They would find that most techworkers are working longer hours than when they drove into the office.

Funny thing that people complain about this from Apple, and then gives all of the PC manufactures a complete pass on doing the same thing. Surface Laptops and Tablets, Pretty much everybody's ultra portables, and a smattering of the mid range and higher end PCs are also glued together. I would be interested in seeing what they are planning to do with some of their software that only runs x64 code. On the plus side all of the software that has been ported over to iOS should be pretty simple to bring to the new platform. Hell, they already have their Dev Environment set up to make that easier.

They fixed the shit keyboard, which was the main dislike of the Macbooks of the past few years. The new keyboard are the same as the old 2015 and earlier keyboards and are awesome to type on. Their machines are otherwise very nice.
