No, I refer to the small bridge owned by some company (presumably supporting RBL) you have to drive across every day just because you live in some particular location.
I mean - RBL is not a thing you would like to have in your neighbourhood.
One more metaphore - imagine that your cable TV erotic channels are locked out just because there live kids in the same block. Stupid enough for me.
