I have just sent amazon a copy of the online order I made somewhere else. This is the only way they will listen, if it costs them money.
I actually don't really have a problem with a website selling my info.
HOWEVER
If you state UP FRONT that the information about me and my purchases is just for internal use, only to later change that agreement that I originally made my purchases under. You MUST give me the option of backing out. That is only right.
